How to Borrow

Any resident of Washington County may obtain a library card without charge upon presentation of proper identification.  The Access PA program allows us to issue a card to anyone with a home library and proper identification.

The Washington County Library System, of which Citizens Library is a member, and system headquarters, makes possible free library services to all residents of Washington County.
