Travel Rt. 19 SOUTH to Washington


Continue through STOP LIGHT at RACE TRACK ROAD (The Meadows)


Follow RT.19 to the FIFTH STOP LIGHT beyond The Meadows (Rt. 70 Interchange/Washington Mall)


Continue, in the left lane, to the top of the hill.  At the  LEFT turn arrow ( BP station) turn onto NORTH  AVENUE


Continue on NORTH AVENUE to the SECOND STOP SIGN


Turn RIGHT onto BEAU STREET and travel to SECOND STOP LIGHT

Make a LEFT onto COLLEGE STREET (one-way street)

Proceed to the end of the block and CITIZENS LIBRARY is on the RIGHT

Travel I-79 SOUTH


Take 70 EAST to the left

Exit MURTLAND AVENUE (Rt. 19 S -- Exit 19 A)

Proceed to STOP LIGHT, bearing left lane

Go through STOP LIGHT to top of the hill bearing left.  At the  LEFT turn arrow ( BP station) turn onto NORTH  AVENUE

Continue on NORTH AVENUE to the SECOND STOP LIGHT

Turn RIGHT onto BEAU STREET and travel to SECOND STOP LIGHT

Make a LEFT onto COLLEGE STREET (one-way street)

Proceed to the end of the block and CITIZENS LIBRARY is on the RIGHT


PUBLIC PARKING is allowed on surrounding streets as well as public parking lot at rear of building.  The cost is 25¢/hour (quarters only.)
