NEW BLACK & WHITE PARKING PASSES AVAIL.
You must display a placard (available at the circulation desk) on your dashboard. The placards are ONLY valid at designated meters along the side of the library -- NOT at any other meters. And fines for violations are doubled! For more information, call the circulation desk at 724-222-2400 x 222.
