CITIBOOKS IS NOW OPEN!

Regular hours of operation are Tuesday and Wednesday, 10 AM to 7 PM and Saturday, 10 AM to 4 PM.

The Library has made space available to the Friends for a permanent Used Book Store named CitiBooks on the lower level of the Library.  A grant from Home Depot helped to renovate the space.   Used books of all types, CDs and DVDs are available along with book gift baskets and other items for sale.  All proceeds will benefit Citizens Library.  The name of the shop, CitiBooks, was chosen in a contest held at the annual Book Sale in November.  It was suggested by Rita Johnson of Washington, PA.  Thank you, Rita!

Book donations are being accepted now.  Please remember that some items will not be accepted and they include encyclopedias, magazines, Reader's Digest condensed books, VHS tapes, and audio cassettes.  We ask that you donate only items that are in clean, resalable condition.

Membership Drive:

Remember, it is time to renew your Friends membership.  We love to meet new Friends so please pick up a brochure in the library.  Thank you to all who have already renewed.  Your membership fees allow us to bring programs to the community and help the library with their needs.
