YELLOW "FREE PARKING" PLACARDS AVAILABLE NOW

Current placards are YELLOW and will expire June 30, 2012. Please exchange your orange placard when getting a new one.  You must display a placard (available at the circulation desk) on your dashboard. The placards are ONLY valid at designated meters along the side of the library -- NOT at any other meters.  And fines for violations are doubled!  For more information, call the circulation desk at 724-222-2400 x 222.

BOOK-OF-THE-MONTH

The book drawing for December will be The Time of Our Lives by Tom Brokaw.  Register at the main desk; the drawing will be held at month's end.

An EVENING WITH FRIENDS:

On Tuesday, Jan 24 at 6:30 PM, Friends of Citizens Library will present a program by Matthew Malesic and the Cal U Wildlife Society.
